As you might be aware, we have had an issue with the card readers to gain access to the building. We apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused within the last few days. We are happy to confirm that the readers are back online and updating cards successfully.

There will be changes being made on our printing server today at 15:00pm. You will not be able to print for the duration of the maintenance. We are advised down time for a maximum of 2-3 hours.
You can expect printing to be fully operational by 18:00pm latest today.

The SIMS summer update will release this Friday 3rd July.
We are planning to deploy this upgrade on 03/07/2020 at 5pm. Please allow time for us to roll out the update to all devices onsite and on the remote access servers, this will mean during the updating process SIMs is unavailable. We hope services will be back up and running at the latest 7pm.

Dear staff:
As you may be aware, our printing service has been running into a few issues recently and we have been working alongside Uniflow to fix this issue swiftly but efficiently.
A bug has been found which may be causing the issue, because of this an upgrade will need to take place on our server on Friday 13/03/2020 Between 3:30pm – 5:00pm. There will no printing service between these hours on this day.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
