Dear staff:
As you may be aware, our printing service has been running into a few issues recently and we have been working alongside Uniflow to fix this issue swiftly but efficiently.
A bug has been found which may be causing the issue, because of this an upgrade will need to take place on our server on Friday 13/03/2020 Between 3:30pm – 5:00pm. There will no printing service between these hours on this day.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Chelsea Academy is looking to appoint additional Exam Invigilators to the team, working on a flexible basis as and when required. We seek excellent individuals to help with the organising and running of all public and mock examinations at Chelsea Academy. Helping the students through this critical stage is a vital part of their education.Â
Successful applicants will be reliable, flexible, able to work alone and as part of a team and readily available during main exam periods, have a good eye for detail and be able to remain calm under pressure. Â
Experience is not required, as training will be provided.Â
Staff will be contacted prior to the exam period to discuss the invigilation schedule in relation to their own availability.
Jobs will typically include collecting and distributing examination materials, supervising candidates during sessions and carrying out related administrative tasks.

Please ensure you check the second tab of the document âStaff Line Up and Dismissal Timetableâ and if your name comes up, please put that in the diary and come and support on the allocated day/time.
If you are free member of staff and wish to support with line up and/or dismissal â that would be absolutely great and much appreciated.
Also, please check 3rd tab of the document âRoom swapsâ â to see if your lessons have been relocated during the mock exam period. We have tried to keep this to a minimum. If your lesson is affected, I will also comment you in and ensure I will make posters for the rooms so students are informed on the day. It would be great though if you could inform your class in advance to minimize disruption.
