EDI Training 17.11.21
Our second EDI session is planned for Wednesday 17th November from 3-4pm. This session is for all staff and will focus around a key report from the Runnymede Trust on Race & Racism in English Secondary Schools.
The training will run as a small group reading session with one lead facilitator.
The facilitator will pause and collect 5 key observations/takeaways as each section is read.
Following the session all staff will be expected to complete a g/form outlining recommendations based on your observations and select a book you would like us to purchase or you to read as part of your own commitment to self-education and racial fluency.
I am looking for more volunteers to facilitate a small group session so please let me know if you are interested.
