Please find enclosed the GCSE Mock Exam Timetable – Dec 2022.
Please check the “Staff Line Up and Dismissal” tab and support the exams running. Please ensure you check the time and location of your duty as sometimes the exams are not in the Sports Hall. You might find it useful to add this duty to your calendar. If you are unable to do this duty, in first instance please find a swap and inform Seema, Olivia and Dr Greene – thank you.
If you are free member of staff and wish to support with line up and/or dismissal – that would be absolutely great and much appreciated.
Please note that last minute changes might need to be accommodated to cover unavailable colleagues.
The “Room swaps” tab will be populated before the end of this week. Please check it to see if your lessons have been relocated during the mock exam period. I have tried to keep this to a minimum. If your lesson is affected, I will also comment you in and ensure I will make posters for the rooms so students are informed on the day. It would be great though if you could inform your class in advance to minimise disruption.
