Please check the “Staff Line Up and Dismissal” tab and support the exams running. Please ensure you check the time and location of your duty there are quite a few occasions when the exams are not in the Sports Hall. You might find it useful to add this duty to your calendar. If you are unable to do this duty, in first instance please find a swap and let me know – thank you.
As these are official exams, please remember if you teach one of the examined subjects, you are not allowed in the exam room but can support outside the area.
If you are free member of staff and wish to support with line up and/or dismissal – that would be absolutely great and much appreciated.
Please note that last minute changes might need to be accommodated to cover unavailable colleagues.
Please check the “Room swaps” tab to see if your lessons have been relocated during the exam period. Please inform your classes in advance about the relocation to minimise disruption.
PS. Students will get their exam personalised timetables (with resolved clashes) and rooming arrangements after Progress Checks publication/analysis.
